Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Please make sure that your shipping details are current and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipping due to an incorrect address. Shipping delays to some parts of the world may be due to economic, political or weather conditions. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order is temporarily out of stock, allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). All return shipping costs will be your responsibility. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, so do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ because international government regulations prohibit such Behavior.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. But, feel free to email us and we can try to work out a best solution!

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
